Q: Do you make other items besides those in your available column?

I take in other orders too but do take note that there will be risk of fabricating intricate design if you still looking for other things, I do make the following:

  • Zipped pouch (Coin pouch, Cosmetic pouch, Earphone pouch)
  • Tote bag (mini lunch tote bag, A3 sized tote bag)
  • Fabric made Keychains & Brooches
  • Catnip kick pillow for Cats

Q: Did you draw the illustration showed on your items?

The illustrations are not done by me, they are bought from authorised designer fabric provider. However, I do collaborate with illustrator and artist to sew their illustration work, I have a chance to work with:

Q: Can I personalise the item like embroidery?

Q: Can I choose the inner lining as well as the string and also the thread colour?
Unfortunately, I do not have that extensive customisable for your selection, however you can tell me the specific colour you like, I see what I can do to match your colour theme.

Q: Why is the colour looks different?
Please take note that the colour of actual items may differ from the one pictured due to individual computer screen resolution and also photo lighting.

Q: Do you provide wrapping or gift box services? It’s a gift for a special friend 🙂
Yup, gift wrapping services is available and also a small personalised gift tag too, you just need to request it when you order, A min. SGD$2/- charges is applicable.

Payment, Order Process & Shipping Method

Q: I think I can confirm the order but can I pay you when it’s my pay day?
It would be great if you can complete payment within 3 days after the order is confirmed. Otherwise, wait till your pay day and buy things?

Q: How do I make the payment?
Payment can be done by paypal or bank transfer, I will provide the details once the order is confirmed.

Q: How long do you take to make? 
Once payment is received, it takes 5-10 business days to process your order.(depending on amount of orders and sequentially) The processing time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Q: What is the differences between local normal mail and registered mail?
Postage cost varies according to the destination and weight of the item. I would strongly recommend to get the registered mail so that you can track your order. So far, the local normal mail works absolutely fine, however, please take note that I do not hold any responsibility for any lost mail. The local registered article service costs SGD$2.24 including GST.

Q: It’s taking too long, why is it not here yet?
It may occur and vary depending on the weather condition, holidays, and other unknown reasons. Please understand that we can’t control the shipping time.


Refunds & Exchange

I am not happy with my purchase, Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with an item for some reason, please contact me within 3 day of receiving your purchase. I will be glad to refund your amount of purchase as soon as it returned within another 5 days of contacting me. All purchase must be in original condition and returning shipping cost will be on the buyer.

I don’t like the inner fabric lining, can you replace with something else?
Unfortunately, I am unable to replace the inner fabric lining for you and you can’t select them personally. I suggest a refund if that doesn’t resolve to any. I would try my best to match your favourite before confirming the order. Hence this should not be happen.
