In conversation with wawa

Finally, I get a chance to record this down, my many conversation with wawa, the cat who don’t meow, just a simple wa…erwaaa….wa wa.

He is always there whenever I shake the dry bowl container, he will wiggle out from the car lot and come to have a chat with me. He’s not eating today, I guess he’s full from morning feeding rounds.

The black cat with the sweetest broken meowie voice

White fur coat reveal through the radiant black coating that shines with the tabby stripes. The light hinge of green eye gazing fiercely at you, my heart melts when I hear low trembling meowie voice, it was more like a “maaa….eeeeeooowwwweeei”.

I have give her a nickname in Chinese, called “破喉咙” (direct translation “broken throat”), it’s not the sweetest name but rather a funny name to soften the fierce impression of hers. She’s such a friendly one, you can spot her hooked tail when I call out for her, friendly and greets you with her sweetest voice.

How to spot a friendly cat?

黑黑 – Heihei the black cat

Heihei – the black cat passed on due to kidney failure, he has been suffering quite a while from his constant drool and block nose. It’s the mid-autumn festival where he will reunited with his fellow meowie companions in heaven, free from pain and running across the rainbow bridge.

If you happen to see a black cat, please give a chance to them to show that they are as affectionate as your normal cat, they are not asking much, just a warm hug and shelter.

White Star: I am the community ambassador

white star spot me

Whenever I’m leaving the house for work or coming back from work, White Star will spot me first – he usually hiding underneath the cars or chilling at the back of the void deck area (the backyard of the apartment).  He will follow me to the seat area – climb to my lap and waiting for me to pat him, he always knead on my lap and meow at the same time, I know boy – you must be missing the whole day right, you need someone to just hug you and tell you stop wondering outside.

The story of white star – he was also known as Lion that is how my neighbours called him. hmm I still prefer to call him white star. He has been a fighter in this neighbourhood since he was little. Few of my neighbours tried to bring him back but he will just wonder off to the void decks, I guess he misses all his different friends in the neighbourhood. You will see this Indian uncle giving him tummy rub, this Malay auntie giving him treats and posing for anyone who wants to take his picture, he is our community ambassador. He is also the ice breaker among other neighbours – we talk about his whereabout, his affair among other couple (lol – he was mistook as girl once as he look just too cute), he is belong to our community.

White star asking me how is my day and where have I been doing…!

The last time I saw Charlie…

He was running around the area, from the Malay family to the nearby car park, kind of worried that he will dash to the main road and hit by the car (AGAIN), read Charlie’s story here.

Sadly, it’s been weeks since I last saw him… I hope the best for him, probably someone who find him cute and decide to bring him home.
